Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Nacogdoches by IHG

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request we needed was met with enthusiasm and quickly. We needed a fully handicap accessible room for my mother and the room exceeded our expectations. The doors to the room and bathroom were wide enough for her to access easily with her powerchair or her walker. the beds were different heights-- one was lower which was perfect for her. The bathroom had railing and a walk in shower as well as a shower chair along with a removable shower head. The room was on the first floor making things even easier, so we didn't have to try to worry about elevators or stairs. Most hotels claim they're accessible, but they're really not. Continental breakfast was a wonderful inclusion. The selection was great and the food was delicious.

Breakfast was ok. The weekend staff lady, Frances, was great. Very helpful and pleasant attitude when interacting with us and other customers. She needs to be acknowledged for this, she is a great asset to your business

The Pool is a good size, the breakfast is very well served- buffet style. Lots of options for everyone in our family.

Our stay was perfect. The facilities are clean and the staff was so nice.

Hot breakfast, to include bacon and scrambled eggs. Pet friendly, 20lb limit on dogs. $50/pet.
